  • 750# capacity
  • Speed: 10 FPM (Screw Drive), 17-20 FPM (Hydraulic Drive).
  • Lifting Height: up to 168″ (up to 60″ for unenclosed unit in a commercial application).
  • Four-year limited parts warranty on the basic unit, including all electrical and drive components. Ten year and Lifetime warranty avaliable.
  • Constructed of 12-gauge minimum hot rolled steel.  If unit is not installed in a 3-inch pit, an auto-retracting ramp shall be provided that extends to meet lower landing.
  • Carriage platform supports ½” steel plate and carriage uprights shall be a minimum of⅜” thick laser cut steel plate.
  • Platform side panel – 42 inches high.  Side panel framework – 1” x 1 ½” steel.  Solid infill panels – 18 gauge steel.
  • Flush mounted, 42” high, steel gate and frame for upper landing
    • Gate includes spring hinges, outer gate handle and mechanical-electrical interlock assembly.
  • Flush mounted, 80” high, steel gate and frame for upper landing.
    • Gate includes spring hinges, outer gate handle and mechanical-electrical interlock assembly.
  • Flush mounted, 42” high, solid core oak laminated gate and oak frame for upper landing.
    • Gate includes spring hinges, dead latch, dummy trim gate handle, lock plate cover and electric strike.
  • CWD flush mounted, solid core oak laminated door and oak frame.
    • Door includes mesh vision panel with delay action door closure dead latch, dummy trim door handle, lock plate cover and electric strike.
  • CSD-Non-Rated (NR) low profile flush mounted steel door and frame.

Mechanical Equipment :

  • 1 HP, 115 volt (optional 230 volt), 1 phase motor
  • Operating control circuit – regulated N.R.T.L. listed class 2 power limited circuit operating at 24 VDC
  • The drive mechanism – stationary nut on a rotating 1” diameter Acme screw with a secondary safety nut

  • Loaded fasteners – grade eight or higher, locking fasteners used in all critical locations
  • CSD-Rated (R) fire rated (B Label) flush mounted steel door and frame.
    • Door includes wire mesh vision panel with delay action door closure, dead latch, dummy trim door handle and electric strike
  • Optional manual lowering device
  • 24-volt DC, fail secure electric strike that contains electric contacts to insure the door is both closed and locked

Controls :

  • Remote mounted controller allows for readily serviceable diagnostics at upper and lower landing
  • Mid-mount gate operator
  • Low-power operator: 115 volt, 15 amp, low-energy.  ADA-compliant processor controlled and fully adjustable operator
