Home Elevator Customer: Scott, This letter of thanks is way overdue. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for taking the time to remember my father had a need for an elevator and being on a fixed income could not afford a new one.  When the opportunity for a “used” elevator came up, you could have very easily brushed it off and not bothered to contact us.  Thank you for not doing that.  I understand our elevator deal was probably more hassle than it was worth, but what a huge difference it has made in my parents life.  My mother would probably be in a rest home if they wouldn’t have gotten their elevator.  I’m at a loss to express my thanks more eloquently, somehow it seems there should be better words.  Thank you again for thinking of us and making this all possible for my parents.
